About S.A.F.E.
S.A.F.E (Sanitation Acceptable For Everyone) was established in 2004 by Connie Biggs, RD, LDN. My goal is to provide high quality Illinois State and ServSafe food sanitation courses with convenient, flexible, well taught food safety courses as well as consultation to the food service industry. S.A.F.E. classes will not only satisfy Illinois State and ServSafe requirements, but will also benefit your business by enhancing food safety knowledge and skills. Information learned in S.A.F.E. classes is easily implemented in professional settings and at home as well. I stand behind S.A.F.E. classes (see guarantee). I strive to educate companies and organizations of all sizes as well as individuals.
S.A.F.E. classes are taught by IDPH and ServSafe Certified Instructor. If ServSafe Certification is required, registration is preferred 3 weeks in advance but 2 weeks is required (see FAQ). I also specialize in flexible courses; if a time or location is not convenient, please contact me.
