S.A.F.E. Mission Statement: To present the most current food sanitation knowledge enabling individuals to comprehend and ultimately implement these practices in the work place and home.
S.A.F.E. Goal: To present current food sanitation information in a relaxed, friendly, professional environment that promotes learning. Lectures, discussions, plus hands on activities add a variety of learning stimuli that facilitate learning and reinforce concepts.
S.A.F.E. Guarantee: I am confident that you will understand the information presented in the class. If you do not pass the exam you may retake the Illinois State class and exam one time, within the next 30 days, at no additional charge. Policy does not apply to ServSafe due to their testing fees. ServSafe retake is discounted based upon ServSafe testing fees.
