S.A.F.E. courses meet or exceed Illinois Department of Public Health and ServSafe food handling licensing requirements. Visit the IDPH website for information on what is required for your establishment or contact me.
15 Hour Food Sanitation New Licensing
Illinois Department of Public Health Code Syllabus followed.
Includes:
- Manual to use during the course, which may be purchased for $5.
- Instructor helps students prepare necessary paperwork and submits class time paperwork.
- Student required paperwork explained.
- Course guarantee – If you do not pass the exam on the first attempt, you may retake the course once at no cost within two months. (NOTE: The retake at no charge does not apply to ServSafe, see FAQ for details)
NOTE: Bring a photo ID to class, required.
Cost: $100.00 Illinois State Food Sanitation
Cost: $160.00 ServSafe
5 Hour Food Sanitation License Renewal (every 5 years)
Includes:
- Manual to use during the course.
- Instructor helps students prepare necessary paperwork and submits class time paperwork.
- Student required paperwork explained.
NOTE: Bring a photo ID and FSSMC License # to class, this is required.
